As I rediscovered the peace of the outdoors…

I started using my camera to develop my wildlife and landscape photography skills. Inspired by courses from The Journal of Wildlife Photography, I now view my work as a form of art. It's about capturing a unique perspective: finding the extraordinary in the ordinary behaviors of the wild.

I’m excited to announce that I have become an affiliate with The Journal of Wildlife Photography (JOWP)!

This partnership is a deeply personal one for me, as JOWP is precisely where I learned to enhance my skills and further my love for being out in nature and taking photos.

As many of you know, I’m new to the world of wildlife photography. Without the structured courses and the supportive community at JOWP, I honestly believe I would have given up a long time ago. They provided me with the tools to enjoy the process—from learning how to anticipate and capture the perfect moment in the field to mastering the editing process back home.

Being a member has given me access to a wealth of resources and a network of experts eager to share their knowledge with beginners like myself.

I look forward to sharing more about my journey and the resources that have helped me grow. If you're interested in exploring wildlife photography yourself.

The Journal of Wildlife Photography gives you monthly pro training, photo critiques, and themed contests with $500 prizes.

But the biggest value? You get better.

They also offer in-depth courses by Simon d’Entremont and Alan Murphy — including full editing workflows, camera settings, and field strategies.

Whether you’re struggling with focus, noise, or just want guidance that actually works… this is where to start.
